Hi, this time I will tell you about practical activities in the kitchen on April 12, 2022. At that time the practice was making food from the 2.1 rotation menu, namely food originating from China.
My group made Tang Zhong again because yesterday it was Tang Zhong who was overcooked :'). So we remake it and hope the Tang Zhong made doesn't overcook again.
We made this Tang Zhong using a different recipe from yesterday. Yesterday, we didn't use tang zhong paste in the dough mix, because in the recipe we used yesterday we didn't use tang zhong paste for the dough. However, today we used a different recipe and made tang zhong paste in today's Tang Zhong.
While waiting for the dough to become smooth, several members of our group prepared the ingredients for tomorrow's rotation menu, namely Tom Yum Goong.
Here are the results of our group's Tang Zhong.
