Hellooo, this time I will tell you about my practical activities this week, March 14-17, 2022. This week the practical activity that my friends and I are doing is preparing and processing food for the PTNP Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) which will be held on November March 16-17, 2022.
On Monday and Tuesday, what is done is to prepare or prepare the ingredients in advance so that on the D-day we process food faster because it has been prepared for the previous 2 days.
I got an assignment to make food for the coffee break. I made jalangkote and the sauce to enjoy during the coffee break. In addition, I also help my friends and seniors to process other foods so that the processing is faster.
At the time of practice, I learned a lot of lessons about culinary from friends, seniors and lecturers.
