Hi guys, this time I will talk about layer cakes from Thailand, namely Num Chak Kachan.
The ingredients we use to make this Thai layer are rice flour, tapioca starch, water, coconut milk, sugar, salt and food coloring (green).
The way to make it is by mixing rice flour and tapioca in a bowl, then add coconut milk, water, salt and when it's smooth, add the coloring. After that proceed with the cooking process.
