Hello guys, this time I will discuss about a single dish that I made with three of my friends. The food we make is Rice Pilaf with Meatball Szechuan Sauce, Spaghetti Carbonara and Spaghetti Aglio Olio.
Here I am in charge of making meatballs. The ingredients I use to make the meatball are minced beef, onion, oil, bread crumbs, milk, egg, nutmeg, and salt. The way to make it is, first we chop the onion and then saute it and while waiting for the onion to be sauteed, we mix the bread crumb, egg and milk and leave it for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, add the onion, minced beef and other ingredients to the bread crumb mixture and when it is well mixed, take the mixture as much as 25gr and shape it into a ball. When done, pan fry the meatballs until they are brown. To further ripen the meatball, we put it in the oven at 325°F for ±10 minutes. After that the meatball can be served.
