Hello friends. The practical activity that I did on August 10, 2022 was making a menu from Japan, namely Tori No Teriyaki. On the previous day we had prepared the ingredients that we would use to make Teriyaki the next day.
Tori no Teiyaki is made from chicken and other seasonings, including garlic, honey, soy sauce, onions, and we use teriyaki sauce.
Tori No Teriyaki is served with white rice that we made. The food we made that day didn't go out to the restaurant so we just served it on the kitchen table and the lecturer would judge it.
