Menu Rotasi 1.3 Processing

 Hello, I will tell you about my practice on Wednesday, March 30, 2022.

My group made the main course from the 1.3 rotation menu, namely plecing sayur, bebek menyatnyat and beef stew.

In a previous blog, I have told that me and three of my group friends will be in charge of making plecing sayur.

On Tuesday, my friend and I made chili tomato sauce and coconut chili sauce for plecing sayur. So on Thursday, we took out the roles we had prepared the previous day from the chiller. Then process it.

What I do is stir-fry the coconut chili and add seasoning. After that, mix it with the roasted coconut. After that the kale, ferns and long beans that have been cut into blanch and also bean sprouts. Then the vegetables that have been blanched are mixed with chili tomato sauce and coconut chili. The vegetables that have been mixed with the chili sauce are plated and topped with peanut, lime and red chili garnish which are cut into small pieces.

The menu that we made is served for guests who come to campus.
