Prepare Menu Rotasi 1.3

Hello friends, this time I will tell you about my activities in practical activities on Tuesday, March 29, 2022.

On Tuesday, March 29, 2022, I haven't made any food products, but have prepared the ingredients for the 1.4 rotation menu that will be served the next day. My group got a share to make the main course, which was plecing sayur, beef stew, bebek menyatnyat and sambal matah.

My group consisted of 11 people, so we divided the tasks to do plecing sayur, beef stew, bebek menyatnyat and sambal matah. Me and three of my friends got an assignment to make plecing sayur.

There we prepared the ingredients consisting of kale, fern vegetables, bean sprouts, long beans, peanuts to be roasted and prepared the ingredients to make chili tomato sauce and coconut chili which would be served together with plecing sayur.

The ingredients used to make chili tomato sauce are tomatoes, ebi (dried shrimp), white stock and salt. Actually, in the recipe, we have to use cayenne pepper, but we don't use it because we have to make chili tomato sauce without being spicy. The way to make it is that I first grind the tomatoes and peel the skin. After that, put all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and add salt until it tastes just right.

To make coconut chili, we prepare the ingredients which consist of coconut oil, red chilies, shallots, garlic, brown sugar, lime juice, roasted coconut, salt and kencur. How to make it, namely red chili, onion and garlic in the grill first. Remove the seeds and skin of the red chili. After that, puree all the ingredients except for the roasted coconut and add salt and lime juice. At that time we had not mixed the roasted coconut with the chili sauce that we had blended and were going to mix it the next day.

After that we store the chili that we have made into tupperware and store it in the chiller. After all the preparations were done, we cleaned all the equipment we used and put them in their respective places.
