Hello guys, in this blog I will tell you about practical activities this week, Monday, April 11, 2022. This week is the day where we will make products from the menu rotasi 2.
On Monday, we only prepare ingredients from the menu rotasi 21. and the next day we will make food products from the menu rotasi 2.1. Menu rotasi 2.1 consists of food originating from China.
My group will make dessert and bread. The dessert made was Tang Yuan, and the bread made was Tang Zhong. So, because my group consisted of 11 people, we divided it up again for who made the dessert and who made the bread.
I and 6 of my friends will make Tang Zhong, and 5 of my other group friends will prepare Tang Yuan ingredients. On that day, we not only prepared Tang Zhong's ingredients, but also made them that day, so that the next day we would only help our group mates make dessert and of course to finish quickly and go home.
But because of our negligence, the Tang Zhong that we made did not meet our expectations, which was too long in the bake so that it overcooked😭 (sad ysy). So we decided to make Tang Zhong again the next day.
Well, from Tang Zhong's overcook incident, I learned to pay more attention and not neglect to make more products in the future.
