Hi guys, this time I will discuss about the practical activities that I did on April 27, 2022.
At that time, my group and I were going to make a soup from China, namely Traditional Egg Drop Soup.
The ingredients we use are chicken stock, ground chicken, ginger, onion, salt, frozen corn, frozen peas, potato starch (for thickener) and the main thing is egg. We work on this product by dividing tasks such as who prepares ingredients, makes chicken stock, grinds chicken and so on. If all the ingredients are ready to be cooked, we immediately make Traditional Egg Drop Soup.
